TESA TD60 half cylinder

The TESA TD60 half cylinder is a euro profile cylinder in half cylinder format, designed to secure inner doors, cellar doors, garage doors, outbuildings and any configuration where only a key operation from the outside is required. Its patented flat key is inserted from the outside, and its 6-pin mechanism delivers effective anti-pick protection.

Format and finishes

In its half cylinder format (key-operated from the outside only, internal side fixed at 10 mm with no key), it comes in 8 lengths, from 30/10 to 90/10, to match your door thickness precisely. Two finishes are available: brass or nickel-plated.

8-position cam

The TD60 half cylinder features an 8-position indexable cam, allowing the cam to be oriented to eight distinct angles to suit different installation configurations. This makes the cylinder easier to adapt to on-site fitting requirements, with no special machining required.

Key management and master-key systems

The TD60 can be supplied to suit your access needs: keyed different (unique combination), keyed alike (several cylinders opened by the same key), to an existing number (renewal under an existing combination) or integrated into a master-key system (sub-master and grand master levels — a hierarchy of master and sub-master keys, or extension of an existing master-key system). To choose the right length, measure the distance between the central fixing screw and the outer face of the door (key-operated side). The internal side is fixed at 10 mm. If in doubt, our team will help you choose.
