Insurable amounts under standard EN 1143-1 range from €8,000 in class 0 to €300,000 in class VI. On our A2P-certified ranges: class I: €25,000, class II: €35,000, class III: €55,000. Contents are only covered at their true value if the class matches your insurer's requirement — check your policy before choosing.

A2P (« Assurance Prévention Protection ») is a certification mark registered in 1985 and issued by the CNPP laboratory after break-in tests and a factory audit. A certified safe carries a visible engraved metal plate. It is the reference for French insurers.

Paper survives up to 170 °C, but digital media degrade from 50 °C. Standard EN 15659 (LFS 30 and LFS 60 certifications) covers limited protection of paper documents in a protected environment. The far stricter EN 1047-1 guarantees both paper and digital media against critical events, up to 120 minutes (S 120 P, S 120 DIS).

Both configurations are EN 1300 certified. The MxB + Mc4 (key + mechanical combination) works without battery or electronics: absolute reliability, two independent opening modes. The Nectra (electronic, class B) offers 1 master code and up to 7 editable user codes, an adjustable opening delay and a two-code duo mode. Mechanical for simplicity, electronic for access management.

Nothing irreversible: the battery sits outside the safe and is easy to change without opening the door. If the battery is removed, the safe locks down as a precaution and unlocks with your code once the battery is replaced. Your codes are not lost.

Yes. Every safe (wall models excepted) must be placed on the floor and anchored to a concrete surface — floor and/or wall — so it cannot be carried away in a burglary. Every safe ships with an anchoring bolt and has two anchoring holes: one in the base, one in the back wall.
