The TESA TK100 double cylinder is a high-security cylinder designed for demanding installations. It incorporates TESA's exclusive Drop Orbital technology, a patented non-copy key, and reinforced protection against common non-destructive opening methods. The manufacturer highlights advanced anti-bumping protection, superior pick resistance, and drill resistance above the maximum grade specified in the European standard. The cylinder also features an anti-extraction rotor, anti-crown bars in the rotor, and a reinforced steel body bar as standard.
This double cylinder version is operated by key from both sides. It is available in a wide range of sizes in order to suit many door configurations. Standard finishes are brass and nickel.
The TK100 includes emergency and danger function as standard, allowing the cylinder to be opened even when a key is inserted on the inside. For the A2PRO product sheet, this configuration is treated as compatible with systems such as Nuki, Linus and other motorised key turners.
TESA also presents the TK100 as an ideal cylinder for master key installations, with high keying capacity and no need for passive pins. It is certified according to EN 1303 and rated for 200,000 cycles.

Commercial notes
Master key system: quotation on request, contact us.
Cylinder size must be selected by distinguishing the external side from the internal side.
According to the manufacturer's recommendation, once installed, the cylinder should not protrude by more than 1 mm.
A2PRO advice
To select the correct size, measure the external side and the internal side separately from the fixing screw centre. If you are unsure about the configuration, the master key system, or compatibility with your installation, it is better to check before ordering.
